Open letter to GM, Airtel NE India

•-Through this column I would like to place some few problems faced by the Common people (Who are so ignorant about using the Airtel Services). Being your valued Customer, I would like to request you to kindly ponder over the following points at the earliest:-
1. On what ground, is the Airtel Services activating the services (at their own wish) without the consent of the concern Customer?
2. Why does not the Customer Care Executives respond to the problems of their Customers by accepting their CALL???
3. In one incident, one Airtel Service named "Pictures on Church" deducted a sum of Rs.50/- (Date 13th June 2011) from my INR Balance without my knowledge (I didn't know that the service was activated on my Mobile No-08974101577)?
I therefore would like to request you to kindly take note of these things and please try to help out your Valued Customer instead of robbing them of their balances without their knowledge...
