•-I have the honor to draw your kind attention to the notification No. DHFW-3/109/VOL-I/08/Pt/7951 dt. 28/03/2011 published in Morung Express on 30/03/11 calling for interview on 07/04/2011 for the posts of Lab. Technician/Lab. Assistant against retirement under your Department exclusively for those so-called applicants who by their own intuition and sheer luck applied for undisclosed vacant posts. This interview should be cancelled forthright because there are hundreds of unemployed medical laboratory technology diploma holders eagerly waiting for open examination, some of whom are in the verge of over-age.
In such resultant vacant posts against retirement, advertisement should be given in newspapers so that even those people (Backward areas) who do not have connection with the VIPs, higher-ups will also avail equal opportunity.
Conducting interview for appointment to any jobs without giving proper notice is nothing less than backdoor appointment. No doubt in such practice, bribery, nepotism, partiality, corruption will show their ugly heads. I am sure this time round too some BT quotas will be slipped off in the pretext of not having any candidates from the rostered Backward tribes. I humbly request your kind authority to repeal the order and invite a fresh applications in the newspaper to conduct an open examination for selecting the deserving candidates.
