Sub: Clarification sought
Sir,
It is learnt from a reliable source from inside the registry that the viva voce for the post of JAA is to be conducted only for 4 (four) number of posts. Whereas, as per the advertisement No. HC (K) 4/2011/2000/Estt/2740 Dt. 25th of February, 2011, the number of posts stood at 6 (six). It may be further mentioned that your good office had never issued any corrigendum on the said advertisement.
Therefore, to be fair to the qualified candidates, ( those 39 candidates who have qualified for the viva voce) your authority is kindly requested to clarify through the print media as to why the viva voce is to be conducted only for 4 (four) number of posts and not 6 (six) as given in the said advertisement.
