Renowned Naga singer and composer Oren Mozhui received an Award for his tribute song for frontline warriors like doctors, nurses, police, security forces, etc., in the battle against the Coronavirus.
According to a statement from the artiste, the award was conferred during an online seminar organised by health care provider Delhi. It also said that through the song, the singer wanted to express his gratitude to the frontline workers who are risking their own health to care for the community.
Titled ‘You have our thanks,’ the song features guitarist Gugu Sekhose and was recorded, mixed and mastered by Richa Production, Kohima.
More of awards have been confirmed for this song by some other organisations and group, the statement read. The song is available for worldwide distribution on the artistes’ YouTube page Oren Mozhui Official Channel and Facebook page.
