Kohima, November 1 (MExN): Pension cases and GPF Final Payment cases settled for the month of September, 2021 have been uploaded on Office of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland, website.
Informing this in a press release on Monday, the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) said that pensioners can log in to the website (www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en) and click on the GPF Final Payment Settled Cases and Pension Authorization at Home page to view details.
It also informed state government officials that a ‘Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions’ has been constituted with five Sr. Accounts Officers as members. The officials are Joseph KA (Mobile no: 9436216580) for pension related matters; Ashim Kumar Dey (Mobile no: 9436434188) for loan related matters; Arup Roy (Mobile no: 9436601437) for Gazetted Entitlement related matters; Akum Chuba (Mobile mo: 9436005112) for GPF related matters; and Shaji K (Mobile no: 8848574307) for Gazetted Entitlement related matters. The officers can also be contacted through the email: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in, the release stated.
“Aggrieved Pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, Sr. Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at yepthomikj@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee,” it said.
Meanwhile, all Heads of Departments have been requested to quote the employee’s Unique ID Numbers recorded in the
PIMS while forwarding applications for Pension, GPF Final Payment and Leave Encashment documents.
