DIMAPUR, JANUARY 6 (MExN): The Department of Power, Chümoukedima Electrical Division has informed that there will be power shut down in parts of Chümoukedima town from 6 am to 11 am on all days with immediate effect. A press statement issued by the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Chümoukedima, Er Kasho Chishi informed that the shutdown has been necessitated to carry out power line shifting works due to four-laning of Dimapur-Chümoukedima national highway and system upgradation under IDPS program. This scheduled shutdown will be effective till January 31, 2020.
