Patton cancels public reception in Akuluto

Zunheboto, March 17 (MExN): Deputy CM Y Patton, who was scheduled to witness the kick- off at the 12th Sumi Hoho Trophy in Akuluto Town as honoured guest, cancelled the public reception and formal programme, following the Corona virus advisory issued by the state Government.

A press statement from the media cell of the Dy CM’s office said that Patton had to cancel the public reception on March 17 following the advisory to refrain from holding social, cultural, sports and family functions. Along with S Pangyu Phom, Minister for H&FW and Advisors, Patton sensitized the organizers, District Administrative and Police officers present there about the outbreak and spread of Corona virus and preparedness of the government.
