A meeting was held at Phek Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall on March 19 under the chairmanship of Phek DC, Sachin Jaiswal, IAS. He called upon the members present to spread the message in order to take preventive measures by avoiding public gatherings. He advised them to put masks for safety measure and wash hand frequently and thoroughly with soap and water or use alcohol based hand sanitizer. He also informed them to be well prepared in all the areas where check posts will be opened in all nook and corner of Phek district to take stock of the prevailing situation.
