Kohima, August 11 (MExN): In pursuance of the home department’s notification, relating to the SOP for returnees and travelers entering Nagaland after 10 August, Phek deputy commissioner through a notification stated that the following guidelines relating to institutional quarantine centre shall apply to all the new returnees entering Phek district from August 10.
Every returnee will have to undergo seven days of mandatory institutional quarantine and fourteen days in home quarantine.
The returnees in the Institutional Quarantine facility will be charged for fooding at the rate of Rs. 350 per day. Any returnees willing to arrange their own food from outside may do so by depositing it at the designated Common Kitchen.
The food should be mandatorily packed in single use disposal containers and preferably of biodegradable materials. The returnees on completion of their Institutional Quarantine period shall arrange their own mode of transportation for going home.
