Kohima, December 7 (MExN): The Office of Executive Engineer, Transmission Division Kohima has notified all concerned that ‘Conversion of 33 kV Kohima Ring Main feeder to G.I Lattice Towers between Lerie to Kiyake’ shall be ‘test charged’ at the rated voltage at 7AM on December 11. The line passes through the jurisdiction of Lerie, Kohima Village, BSF Camp Chedema, and Kiyake shall remain charged thereafter, stated the notification from Executive Engineer, Er T Lithrichum Sangtam In this regard, the public are informed not to touch the said line or go near the same. “Anybody doing so shall be doing so at their own risk and the Department of Power shall not be held responsible for an untoward incident whatsoever,” it added.
