Report ‘unauthorized absence’ of employees: DC Peren

Peren, December 8 (MExN): The monthly Peren District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held on December 6 at DC’s Conference Hall, district headquarters Peren. The meeting was chaired by DC Peren cum vice-chairman DPDB, Sentiwapang Aier.


As per DIPR report, presiding over the meeting, the DC reviewed the previous meeting minutes and also informed about the Office Memorandum of P&AR (Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department). He requested all the HoDs of various departments to report ‘unauthorized absence’ of individual employees to the Deputy Commissioner's office through dcperen-ngl@nic.in after which, the report will be sent to P&AR. 


During the meeting, ADC Tening, Rhousietho Ngouri put up the agenda of setting up of Mini Secretariat at Tening Hq and apprised the members about the inconvenience faced by several departments which functions without office building. The board after deliberation decided to send the proposal to CAWD Department.


The board members also approved the upgradation of JE to SDO (Electrical) at Tening which was proposed by EE Power, Er Tsiamchi Ndang.


Convergence meeting on all line departments under BBBP Scheme was also held during the meeting. EAC Ngwalwa, Rumbemo T Kithan highlighted the board members about the various activities conducted under BBBP and its objectives. Pledge and oath taking and signature campaign on empowering girl child under BBBP was also conducted by District Administration & DLCW and MSK.


DC Peren notified the members that the next month’s DPDB meeting cum work distribution for January 26, Republic Day celebration will be held on January 14, 2020. Therefore, he appealed all the board members to attend the next meeting without fail. After the meeting, lunch was hosted by Advisor, Water Resources GON, Namri Nchang.
