KOHIMA, DECEMBER 12 (MExN): A ten member Rotary team from Rotary Club of Coimbatore was felicitated by Rotary Club of Kohima on December 11 at Mount Tabor Centre, Kohima.
The team led by President, Vidya Ramesh and Project Chair, Dr Leena Martin from the Martin Group also felicitated the President, Rotary Club Kohima, Dr Rosemary Dzuvichu and Treasurer Dr Ketoulelhou Vizo with traditional gifts from Coimbatore.
Both Presidents exchanged their Club flags and shared about the work being done by their respective clubs. A Rotarian Industrialist in the team donated towards an organic farming unit of Rotary Club Projects which the Rotary Club of Kohima is undertaking to create livelihood for young woman and girls. The Rotary Club of Coimbatore is a women’s only strong club of 75 women members undertaking various community projects in their city.
