RSZ urges public cooperation in NH-2 roadwork

DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 3 (MExN): The Rengma Selo Zi (RSZ) has appealed for public cooperation towards ensuring the successful completion of the National Highway 2 roadwork which began today from Tesophenyu village area. 

A press release from the RSZ informed that on contacting the firm engaged in the roadwork, it was learnt that the latter aims to complete a five kilometer stretch of the road within the Christmas period. It was further informed the RSZ on December 3 undertook an inspection of the ongoing black topping works. It appealed to all sections of people to extend cooperation to the construction team. 

The RSZ urged against speeding in the particular stretch so than no untoward accidents occur. 
It further appealed to the Nagaland Taxi Association to caution its members to maintain the speed limit and avoid drunk driving. The RSZ said that it would take action against any driver involved in such incidents.
