Kohima, October 6 (MExN): Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Kohima had a meeting on September 29 in the Office Chamber of Gregory Thejawelie, NCS, DC & Chairman the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Kohima.
The RTA decided to resume bus and regional taxi services to different destinations with the State and the fares are decided by the house.
Reiterating the fares to Kohima fixed by respective district RTA, the passenger fare from Kohima to different districts shall be as follows:
Fares from Kohima to different destinations within the District will be as follows:
• Kohima to Khuzama - Rs. 120 per passenger
• Kohima to Viswema - Rs. 100 per passenger
• Kohima to Jakhama - Rs. 100 per passenger
• Kohima to Kigwema - Rs. 80 per passenger
• Kohima to Phesama - Rs. 70 per passenger
• Kohima to Jotsoma - Rs. 30 per passenger

“SOP of RTA Kohima notification dated 04-09-2020 (Annexure-I) will remain enforced till further notice,” Gregory Thejawelie, NCS Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, RTA, Kohima reiterated in a press statement.
