Kohima, November 24 (MExN): All the rural libraries in Nagaland, registered under the Department of Art and Culture (DA&C), have been informed to submit their annual progress report to the department on or before February 28, 2022.
The directive is given to monitor the progress of the libraries and the services they are rendering to the community, informed a press release from Adela Moa, Director, DA&C.
As per the annual progress report received, the performance the rural libraries would be assessed and non-submission “will be treated as non-performing and are liable to be de-listed,” it said.
The libraries are requested to collect the prescribed format available at the District Cultural Offices in the districts, and submit their reports to the respective DCOs, it added.
