The Sangtamlaru Thsingmugang, a Sangtam women’s social organization in Dimapur distributed food and water to stranded passengers and destitute at the flyover footpath and railway station in Dimapur on March 29. President of the organization, Athrongla Sangtam said that the initiative was taken to extend their helping hand to people who are suffering because of the lockdown. “We will continue to serve wherever our service is needed,”she added.
