Sanjeeta Bhattacharya wins Ticket to Hornbill – Delhi Edition

Sanjeeta Bhattacharya has won the Delhi Edition of the Delhi Edition of Ticket to Hornbill competition, the organiser said. In an update on Twitter, the Task Force For Music & Arts (TaFMA), the organiser informed that the competition was held at Gurugarm on October 18. 

‘TaFMA looks forward to welcoming her to the Hornbill Music Festival, India’s Biggest Music Festival, it added.  
According to her profile on in.bookmyshow.com, Bhattacharya is a Delhi based singer-songwriter who graduated from the Berklee College of Music, Boston. Sanjeeta began her journey in music learning Hindustani Classical music, simultaneously exploring the world of jazz, Rhythm & Blues, soul, bossa nova and flamenco. 

Among others, she had performed at various venues in India, Boston and Spain including Boston Symphony Hall alongside AR Rahman, Berklee Performance Center, Magnetic Fields Festival, Neemrana Fort Palace, Bengaluru Ganesh Utsava and a regular at pubs in Delhi.

Meanwhile, TaFMA informed that the next edition of Ticket to Hornbill will be held at Hard Rock Cafe, Bengaluru on November 7. Three bands/artists will be selected during the event.
