DIMAPUR, JUNE 30 (MExN): The Nagaland Public Service Commission is proposing to introduce Common Syllabus designed to provide a level playing from all fields common for everybody with the areas of studies expected to be known by all those who aspire to become a civil servant. This was informed in a press note issued by Kelhouseto Nakhro, Deputy Secretary NPSC, Kohima. As per the information the emphasis will be on testing the aptitude of the candidate for the demanding life in the civil service as well as on the ethical and moral dimensions of decision-making.

With this in view, the NPSC is organising a “Seminar on Examination Reforms for NCS, NPS & Allied Services” on 1st July, 2011 at Hotel Japfü, Kohima at 11:00 hours. Dr. V. Hokuto Zhimomi, the Chairman, NPSC, shall preside over the Seminar.
