Kohima, January 18 (MExN): The Kohima Rotary Club hosted a brief send off function with PDRR Rtn Kautav Ghosh and Ann Laxmi from Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai Sunrise, District 3142, Rotary International in course of their 101 Days Pan India Road Trip called ‘The Great Indian Travel’ on January 17 in Kohima.

The Kohima Rotary Club Media Cell, in a press release stated that the function was chaired by the club President Kezhokhoto Savi. He offered a prayer seeking God’s guidance and protection upon the couple throughout their trip. The club highlighted its activities which are conducted based on its motto- ‘Service Above Self.’ 

Meanwhile, the Kautav Ghosh and Ann Laxmi also highlighted their mission which is ‘The Great Indian Travel’ powered by ‘I Support Your Business’ exploring and empowering India on wheels. 

The couple’s 101 days road trip is also a campaign to support small and micro business affected by COVID 19 in all Indian States and Union Territories, it stated. One of their aims is also to enter into the ‘Guinness Book of Record’ and Rotary Club Kohima has become of their main partners in this venture and wishes the couple ‘all success’ and good health, the media cell informed.
