Skill Alli Training Centre holds workshop

Mon, March 13 (MExN): Skill Alli Training Centre Mon, along with District Executive Force and Traffic Police conducted one day workshop programme at the training centre on March 13.
The workshop was held with the aim to impart traffic discipline, road safety norms and Motor Vehicle Act to the trainees currently undergoing driving class training, said a press release from Mary Poangnyu, Centre Incharge.
Aphak Konyak (ABSI) and MY Konyak (Senior Traffic Controller) were the resource persons. Honang Konyak, Vice President Konyak Union (KU) also exhorted the trainees to inculcate a sense of discipline and respect while on the wheel. The programme was attended by 120 trainees under 120 trainees under the Directorate of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Nagaland.
The Centre also acknowledged Superintendent of Police (SP) Mon, Imnalensa (IPS) for his continued support to uplift the drop out youth of the district. Currently, the centre is also offering courses on self employed tailor and masonry under PMKVY, the release added.
