Changlang, November 2 (MExN): The members of Tirap-Changlang & Longding Peoples Forum (TCLPeF) on behalf of the people of Tirap Changlang & Longding(TCL) district has welcomed and appreciated the Government of India and both the NSCN (IM) and NNPGs for the decision to finalize peace accord soon. TCLPeF President, M Changmi Muklom in a press release stated that after decades of violence “we are hopeful that peace would ultimately prevail in the region especially Tirap Changlang and Longding area. Our long cherished desire of TCL has been achieved.”
Stating that the TCL people do not want violence any more, it appealed that no organization should make any attempt to create misunderstanding/unwarranted situation in the peaceful state of Arunachal Pradesh.
