Tenyimia churches' pastors and deacons fellowship held

Officials during 2nd biennial conference of Tenyimia Churches' Pastors and Deacons Fellowship at Wokha.

Kohima, October 22 (MExN): The 2nd biennial conference of the Tenyimia Churches' Pastors and Deacons Fellowship was held at Tenyimia Church Wokha from October 18 to 20 under the theme "Revisioning the Ministry of the Tenyimia churches".

The speakers for the three days conference were Rev. K. Koda, the executive secretary, Mao Baptist Churches Association, Pibvü, Manipur and Izieteilung Teriang, executive secretary, Zeme Baptist Church Council, Peren, Nagaland.

Altogether, 29 delegates from different churches across the state participated in the conference.

The Tenyimia Union Baptist Church, Tseminyu volunteered to host the next biennial Conference in 2021.

A team of office bearers for the tenure 2019-2023 was selected with Asst. Pastor Visakuolie Vakha as the Convenor, Pastor Krodilhou Vimera as the Secretary, Pastor Araibo Newnai as the Treasurer and Pastor Vechülo Doulo and Pastor Sentilo Seb as members.
