Kohima, December 3 (MExN): A video titled ‘The Precious’ to reflect and observe International day of Persons with Disabilities and 16 days activism to end violence against women with disabilities was released at Phek on December 3.
The concept of the video ‘The Precious’ aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support to elevate the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in every aspect of social, political, economic and cultural life, stated a press release.
Deputy Commissioner Phek, Razouvolie Dozo, released the video in the presence of Wetsho Lasushe, EAC, Phek Hq and Nodal Officer of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Phek Nagaland and the officials of District Level centre for Women (DLCW) - Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK) (BBBP), Phek at the office Chamber of DC Phek.
The video is an initiative of Phek District Administration & DLCW- Mahila Shakti Kendra (BBBP), Phek and was directed by BZ Entertainment Nagaland. The video is uploaded in the YouTube Channel of DLCW MSK Phek.
