•-As appeared in local dailies under the heading “State Govt notifies on job reservation policy ". It fail to answer many questions such as: (1) Creamy layer of the backward Tribes. (2) When Sumis of Kiphire are entitled to job reservation then what about the Sumis of Phek, Longleng, Mon, Tuensang, Peren who are as backward as the Sumis of Klphire economically, socially and educationally. (3) Many expert committees had pointed out that only few areas of Chakhesang region are backward and entitle to job reservation, then why is the whole of Chakhesang Tribes entitled to job reservation.
