DIMAPUR, MARCH 28 (MExN): The Tseminyu Union (TU) has appealed to “outsiders” not to enter Tseminyu jurisdiction till further notice, while also urging all members to refrain from travelling to other neighbouring areas and remain indoors. A press release from the TU publicity and information secretary, Gwasolo Kent further directed all its members who are residing in the affected areas to inform the office of the union before entering its jurisdiction.
