Kohima, November 17 (MExN): The upcoming 9th Session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly scheduled from November 25-26, among others, will lay down the Select Committee Report on the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
This was among the provisional programme finalised by the Business Advisory Committee of the Assembly held on November 16, State DIPR informed. The meeting chaired by the NLA Speaker, Sharingain Longkumer also discussed the business to be transacted during the 9th Session, it added.

(3) Reporting on Assent to Bills
(4) Laying of Report
(5) Laying of the Select Committee Report on the SARFAESI Act, 2002
(6) Presentation of Assembly Committee Reports
(7) Introduction of Government Resolution
(8) Statement to be made on Government Resolution
(9) Consideration and Adoption of Government Resolution
(10) Unfinished Business, if any
(11) Adjournment of the Session sine- die
