DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 16 (MExN): An officer from the United States Consulate, Kolkata, will visit Kohima, Nagaland to provide limited services for U.S. citizens. It will be a one day event to be held on Tuesday September 20 at Kohima Scinece College Jotsoma Kohima from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. According to a special press release issued by Erica Diya Basu the Regional Media Advisor of the US Consulate General in Kolkata, the services will be offered to U.S. citizens who wish to renew their U.S. passport or need single page notary services. Fees for passport applications and notary services should be paid by demand draft favoring ‘American Consulate General, Kolkata’ payable in Kolkata and must have the MICR code printed on it. For information on forms, fees etc. interested persons have been informed to visit the website http://kolkata.usconsulate.gov. American Citizens are requested to bring their U.S. passports along with them, stated the press note.
