•-The much awaited construction work of the two lane road size between Sakhabama zero point to Zunheboto Town is going on in full swing since several weeks ago which passes through some prominent towns on the range like Chetheba, Chozuba and Sekruzu etc. This is indeed one of the most important developmental works being offered by the govt. of India especially to the people of the three districts i.e. Kohima, Phek and Zunheboto.
As we all know that transport and communication lines are the main bloodiness to all other development activities in a given locality or region. As such, we are really grateful to the present DAN govt. and its leadership. Now, the people in the ranges are heaved with a sight of relief and delightfulness as if they are set free from the bondage of darkness. What a blessing it is! The people won’t face any difficulty in plying with their vehicles and carrying all kinds of essential commodities to every nook and corner within the districts and beyond henceforth.
Therefore, at this stage it is our earnest prayer that no individual or groups should create any hindrance or situations hampering this work force in any manner. Instead we must give our fullest cooperation and support in all possible manner to give moral boost to the construction companies whose manual workers are busy doing the work day and night without normal rest.
In this connection, it would be appreciable, if the public leaders on behalf of the immediate beneficiaries of the said construction work at least raise generous contribution either in cash or in kind and donate especially to the manual workers who are doing their job relentlessly in all odds and bitter weather conditions, besides their due wages to inspire their yeoman’s spirit which being offered for the sake of our present and future generations.
Lastly, we must all pray to our Almighty that no untoward accident or loss happen to the workers of the company throughout their operation till the work is over.
