A waiting shed at College of Arts & Technology (CAT) Nerhe Phezha was inaugurated today by Neiketouzo Kenguriise, PS to Chief Minister, Nagaland.
This waiting shed was constructed by Vitho Society, Nerhema as part of its goodwill gesture towards CAT. Nerhe Phezha is located about 18 km from Nagaland’s state capital Kohima.
CAT is affiliated to Nagaland University and managed by Educational Visionary Forum.
Speaking on the occasion as the special guest, Kengurüse expressed happiness over the establishment of this college at Nerhe Phezha, which is the first college within 11th Northern Angami- II Assembly Constituency. He also made a fervent appeal to the public to support this college for holistic development of students.
He informed that Vitho Society has been undertaking numerous charitable activities since its formation in 1988.
Rev Dr Tseibu Rutsa, chairman, Educational Visionary Forum, also delivered short speech and thanked Vitho Society for showing their concern and support to CAT.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by Vitho Society President, Neiketou Kiewhuo while Thejao Kengurüse, pastor Nerhe Phezha Baptist Church invoked God’s blessing for the programme.
