Wokha, December 1 (MExN): The Wokha District VDB Association (WDVDBA) has appealed the State Government for the releasing the salaries of District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) staff at the earliest.
The DRDA staff’s salaries have been pending since April 2021, the Association informed in a press release.
The village functionaries are facing undue hardships due to the shutdown of DRDA office, it further apprised the State Government.
In this connection, the WDVDBA once again request the State Government to release the pending salaries at the earliest, it added.
