•-As appeared in local dailies under the heading “Chakhesang Public Organization urge to withdraw Public Interest Litigation “regarding job reservation policy. It will be an injustice to the rest of the Naga educated unemployed youth ,if the Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO ) withdraw the Public Interest Litigation ( PIL ) at the last moment after making thousands of aspiring Naga youths to suffer for many agonizing months, while waiting for the declaration of results of various exam conducted by the state. Whichever way the honorable Court may pronounce its judgment, the Chakhesang Public Organization should face the verdict as a responsible organization. If at all the Chakhesang Public Organization is going to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation before the honorable Court judgment, then they should never ever again file a Public Interest Litigation in the future.
