WOKHA, MAY 6 (MExN): The Wokha District Congress Committee has expressed resentment at the government’s decision regarding the COVID-19 cess on fuel.
A press release from the committee’s President, Rabomo Ngullie and General Secretary, Yanchumrhumo W Jami said that imposition of high rate at this juncture is totally deteriorating the economy of the entire state which mainly hits the common populace and mostly the farmers due to rise in essential commodities’ prices.
It said that the Government of Nagaland has put more burden on the people by raising the fuel prices, stating that this would affect the economy.
