•-It is pertinent and an obligation as social responsible citizens of Zeliangrong to sort out a way to live together under one administrative umbrella organisation in unity. Sensing the current development of issue and crisis affecting our people, particularly, the apparent parallel Apex Boodies; the Baudi and Union. We the concern Zeliangrong Elders Peace Forum with the Zeliangrong National workers of all factions, at the joint meeting on the 19th October 2011 at Makuai Village Tamenglong resolved to organise a joint Consultation of all the units of Zeliangrong Councils, Baudi, Union, and intellectual on the 2nd Dec2011 at Tamenglong Hq. The intent of the proposed Consultation is to jointly sort out a common and acceptable solution and a way to form a mandated Zeliangrong people Apex Body organisation. It is also important to note that, the nature and type of Consultation shall be people collective reasoning where people wish and interest shall be mutually drawn out for common acceptance. The consultation shall base on mutual sharing, understanding, and acceptance. As such the outcome of the consultation shall be placed before the people as recommendation and proposal for declaration, adoption and implementation thereof. Concerns that the meeting shall be strictly based on the will and aspiration of the people to come together as one people, one Apex Organisation. No argument, debate, or any confrontation of views, opinions or ideologies shall be entertained in the consultation. Participants are informed to give positive and construct input to making the people grow, advance and prosper under one guiding principle of the organisation. Informed that all the concerned leaders and organisations participate in the Consultation with positive response.
