Zunheboto, December 11 (MExN): The monthly Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held on December 11 at Tizu River under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Vice-chairman DPDB, Peter Lichamo. 


A DIPR report stated that after reviewing the last meeting minutes, the Board recommended for the upgradation of SDEO office at Akuluto and creation of new Government Primary School at DC Hill (east) Zunheboto to the government. The Board also deliberated on works distribution for the forthcoming Republic Day 2020 and works were assigned to various departments. 


Deputy Commissioner on behalf of the DPDB members thanked Advisor CAWD and NSDMA Kazheto Kinimi for sponsoring the meeting. Further he thanked and appreciated Hovishe Arkha for allowing the board to hold the monthly meeting at his farm. 


The next DPDB meeting will be held on January 17 at DC’s Conference hall at 11:00 am.
