Aboi, August 24 (MExN): During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Aboi Community Health Centre (CHC) has been struggling with just one ambulance of 2008. Also according to Konyak Union (KU) Aboi, Dr Neiphrezo Sorünuo, SMO i/c CHC Aboi had to cover both Aboi and Angjangyang quarantine facilities of returnee numbering to 410.
To the relief of all, MLA 47th A/C Aboi, Eshak Konyak handed over a brand new ambulance to CHC Aboi on August 22.
In April 2020 when COVID-19 fear was picking up across Aboi sub-division, MLA Eshak donated Rs 300000 cash to needy people of Aboi town, the KU Aboi stated in a press release.
The reception programme of the new ambulance was chaired by Dr Neiphrezo, invocation prayer was pronounced by Yanching Aboi Nagamese Pastor, speeches were delivered by EAC Aboi Lithrila Sangtam, Pangao Konyak President KU Aboi, HCMC Chairman Ponge Konyak. Dedication and thanks giving prayer was conducted by Aboi Pastors Fellowship led by police Baptist Fellowship Pastor Mongnyei Konyak.
