ADC Tening convenes emergency meet for management of returnees

An emergency meeting was called by the ADC Tening with regard to management of returnees.

TENING, MAY 17 (MExN): The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Tening, Rhosietho Nguori, convened an emergency meeting with all the chairman of village councils under Tening Sub Division at Auditorium of Government High School, Tening on May 16.

According to a DIPR report, the ADC deliberated various agenda regarding accommodation of the returnees from outside the Tening Sub Division with safety.

Tumben P. Tsanglao, Extra Assistant Commissioner shared the guidelines for quarantine centres and home quarantine.

Dr Neilasakuo Linyü, MO of CHC briefed about medical care and supervision system in quarantine centre.  

Sensitisation-cum- meeting with village councils was to combat COVID-19 including how to operationalise quarantine centres, deployment of manpower and resources, standard operating procedures on COVID-19 and to follow up the government orders and direction on COVID-19 related matters.
