The Lotha Baptist Churches Association pro-tem executives during a dedicatory prayer held at Kohima Lotha Baptist Church on March 28.
Kohima, March 29 (MExN): The Lotha Baptist Churches Association (LBCA) held a dedicatory prayer of its pro-tem executives, who will hold the office for six months, at Kohima Lotha Baptist Church (KLBC) on March 28.
The pro-tem executives will be headed by Rev Dr Ezamo Murry as the Executive Secretary, Rev Zanao Mozhui, President, Rev Ellis Lotha, Vice President, Rev Dr K Benry Lotha, Secretary and Rev Ezanbemo Odyuo, Secretary Assistant.
Reminding the various Church leaders and the congregation present, Rev J Thungjamo Lotha, shared on the seven thesis on making a difference in Christian Ministry. He explained that the Call of God is the crust in Christian Ministry while Vision of God is the torch, Faith the pillar, Prayer the Shield, Humility as the power, Synergy the strength and lastly storms of Christian Ministry are the Sharpening stones for God's Ministry.
Sharing from the word of God “The truth will set you free”, Rev Sankiluma Kikon said Truth is God and to know the truth one must read the Bible. He also spoke on two different kinds of truth, Justification and Sanctification and the different types of truth which are objective and subjective truth. Rev Kikon reminded the people that one's perspective depends on these two types of truth. He said God's truth is the light and our faith should be built on that truth alone.
Earlier, the dedicatory prayer for the pro-tem executives was pronounced by Rev RP Murry while invocation was said by Rev M Nzeo Yanthan and benediction by Rev N Longshi Lotha.
KLBC choir presented a special number while Lotha Hoho Chairman, Er Mhondamo Ovung said greetings.
