Dimapur: Strict ban of Gutka, tobacco and spitting in public

Dimapur, May 15 (MExN): In pursuance to the Chief Secretary order issued on April 20, DC Dimapur Anoop Khinchi has notified strict ban of Gutka, tobacco etc and prohibition of spitting in public. The DC Dimapur has cautioned that failure to comply with the order, legal action will be liable to be proceeded against as per Sec 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
