Dimapur, March 9 (MExN): The Dimapur Municipal Corporation (DMC) will be organising a one-day awareness programme on ‘importance of meat inspection and modernsation of meat shops and safer environment’ on March 10 from 11 AM at IMC Hall, Dimapur.
In this regard, the council informed all the butchers and meat sellers (beef & pork) and pig suppliers or dealers to attend the programme positively. It further requested the various civil societies like DUCCF, GB's Union under DMC Jurisdiction and DCCI to participate in the programme.
