DNSU assures relief for stranded students 

Dimapur, May 15 (MExN): Ever since the lockdown, the Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) has been providing relief to students stranded in hostels and rented houses. Over 34 days of the daily drive, the Union has reached out to around 3000 students in Dimapur by providing essential groceries with the assistance of the Dimapur District Administration. 


DNSU in a press release reassured that those students stranded and facing problems will be looked after regarding ration and relief. 


It also stated that the DNSU has also been assisting the district administration and police in manning the wholesale market at Supermarket.


Meanwhile, the DNSU has expressed gratitude to all the various organizations for extending support and contribution towards the mission of inter-districts movement for stranded students and citizens in Dimapur. The Union also acknowledged the All Nagaland Private Bus Association for special concession and also churches and educational institutions who provided free buses to the stranded people.
