Dimapur, September 25 (MExN): Golden Crown Theological College (GCTC) inaugurated its new Church Music Department building with Athel O Lotha, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary of the Department of Arts and Culture and Excise Prohibition, Government of Nagaland as the special guest on September 21.
The programme began with dedication prayer led by Pastor Thenjamo Tsanglao. The musical prelude Goodness of God was performed by Albert and Mhathung. Dr Nzan Odyuo, Director of GCTC, welcomed the attendees and the college choir performed the rendition of ‘A Jubilant Song.’ special guest, Athel O Lotha in his speech emphasised the vital role of theological education and church music in the cultural and spiritual life of Nagaland.
The programme concluded with prayer by Donwibou Pamai.
