DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 14 (MExN): The Japukong Students’ Conference (JKM) has written to the School Education Department appealing for action against teachers who have failed to report to their place of posting in Japukong range. In a letter to the Principal Director, School Education, the conference stated that several teachers have failed to report to their place of posting within the stipulated time as was directed by the department's orders dated October 26 and November 1. “As such we request your higher authority to seriously look into the matter at the earliest in the interest of concerned schools and students,” it said. The letter further listed out the details of 10 primary teachers and GT science teachers who have failed to turn up in their place of posting.
