Limatula Yaden appointed CBIC Joint Secretary

DIMAPUR, JULY 28 (MExN): Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, Limatula Yaden has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). Yaden is the first woman officer in the history of the department to hold this post. An office order dated July 22 from the Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue (Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs) informed that in pursuance of the Department of Revenue (Hq) Office Order dated July 20, appointing Limatula Yaden, IRS, Commissioner, ICD TKD (Export), Delhi Customs Zone as Joint Secretary (TRU-II) in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs in the Department of Revenue on deputation basis, the services of Limatula Yaden are placed at the disposal of Department of Revenue for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
