DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 15 (MExN): Under the NABARD’s Capacity Building for Adoption of Technology (CAT) a three day programme on Mushroom Production launched by Pro Rural, at its Resource Centre, OK Complex, NST Colony, Dimapur on November 15.
The training was inaugurated in the presence of Madrass Dkhar, Assistant General Manager, NABARD, Dimapur. The technical session was facilitated by Marina, Senior Technical Assistant of the Central Institute of Horticulture Medziphema. The participants are members of SHG groups mostly from Nsong region of Peren district.
Dkhar in his address cited that rural people have to get exposed to relevant technologies to help them cope up with the demands of modern economic activities. He encouraged the trainees to acquire the skills as well as get exposed to all the technologies at the institutions they are visiting.
