DIMAPUR, JULY 14 (MExN): The Niuland Area Citizens Forum (NACF) has called for proper functioning of all departments with full manpower in the district. A press release from the NACF further demanded that development and construction works should be done according to the DPR. It asked the State Government to expedite setting up of all the departments required for a district, for the convenience of the public. The NACF informed that it would monitor all the development activities from time to time.
