Dimapur, July 23 (MExN): Nagaland reported eight fresh COVID-19 cases and one new fatality, pushing the death toll to 761 on Saturday. According to the state Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme, the new cases were reported from Kohima (6) and Dimapur (2). The new cases were detected from 83 samples that were tested with a daily positivity rate of 9.64 percent. The recoveries were reported in Kohima (5) and Dimapur (4). The number of active cases in the state is 90 while the cumulative caseload is 35,683 out of which 33,328 have recovered.
