Kohima, March 27 (MExN): The Chief Minister of Nagaland has made a slew of appointments for the role of Chairpersons to various public sector undertakings and corporations in the state.
According to a cabinet notification issued by Cabinet Secretary J Alam on March 24, the new Chairpersons and the PSUs they will take over include Dr Watizulu Jamir (DAN); Dr Neiphrezo Keditsu (NKVIB); Thongwang Konyak (NHL); Kuputo Shohe (NSMDC); Dr M ChubaAo (MARCOFED); Obed Quinker (Honey Mission); Wanpong Konyak (Bio Resource Mission); and Supongmeren Hoki (NEPED). Additionally, Abu Metha has been appointed as Chairperson, IDAN (CEO, IDAN has been redesignated as Chairperson) and Theja Meru as TaFMA Chairperson as the post of Advisor has also been redesignated as Chairperson.
The pay and allowances of the new appointees would be as per Finance Department Office Memorandum dated May 1, 2017, the notification added.
