ANFPSA condemns harassment of ADS
DIMAPUR, JUNE 24 (MExN): The All Nagaland Fair Price Shop Association (ANFPSA) has condemned the harassment meted out against the Assistant Director of Supplies (ADS), Dimapur by unscrupulous person claiming to be “national worker.” A press release from the ANFPSA said that such behaviour targeting the sincere and dedicated officer is uncalled for and has no place in the civilised society. It noted that since the COVID-19 outbreak, the entire Food & Civil Supplies Department has been tirelessly working to distribute food grains to the public. “The association is pained to see such cowardice activities committed by national worker who instead should be co-operating with the rest of the Government and the public in fighting the pandemic,” it added. The association called upon the government and the Police Department to arrest the culprit.
HIV, STI and OST services temporarily
shifted to new locations in Dimapur
Dimapur, June 24 (MExN): The District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit (DAPCU) had informed that the services of HIV, STI and OST including testing and treatment have been temporarily shifted to new locations.
• ART Plus Centre to VIHAAN office opposite Fire Brigade, Police colony
• OST centre for IDUs to Public College of Commerce
• HIV testing services at RNTCP (DTC), Super Market and Urban PHCs of Burma Camp and Duncan
DAPCU, District Program Officer, Mecievinuo Zhotso in a press release stated that the services have been shifted since District Hospital, Dimapur has been designated as COVID-19 hospital.

Nodal Officer appointed for collection of Stamp Duty
Kohima, June 24 (MExN): Exercising the powers conferred by the Indian Stamp Rules, 2019, the State Government has appointed the Principal Director, Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts as the Nodal Officer for the purpose of collection of Stamp Duty on behalf of the Government of Nagaland.
