One day workshop cum awareness program on ‘COVID Appropriate Behaviour and Routine Immunization’ was organized by Child Friendly Dimapur, ANAM Integrated Development Association (AIDA) in collaboration with Assam Don Bosco University with technical support from UNICEF Assam on July 23 at AIDA Conference Hall. Members of the Ward Adoption Committee 10th Northern Angami- 1 Assembly Constituency had an introductory meeting with Bayavü Area Panchayat at the residence of MLA Khriehu Liezietsu on July 25. The Ward Adoption Committee with Chonpenthung Ezung, SDO (Sadar) Kohima as convenor and MLA Khriehu Liezietsu as advisor along with 10 other members has been instituted under Kohima  District Planning & Development Board.

Orientation for life a Motivational talk was given for Class X HSLC Students of Batch 2022-23 on Saturday July 23, 2022 by Rev. Fr. C. Joseph, Counsellor of St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama. It is noticed that the Students of the School have secured 100% in the Nagaland Board HSLC Examination since its first Batch from 2019. How to score good marks, How to study harder, How to not waste your time was the focused points of the input. Effective Tips to help them to stay motivated for the exams were the culmination of the Programme.

Advisor for Information & Public Relations and Village Guards, S Keoshu donated one female and male of rare species of wild animal believed to be from Jackal Family. He said that the animals had been caught from the jungle and hoped that it will be nurtured till its maturity, stated a DIPR report. The five-day Vacation Bible School conducted by Sunday School Department of Lotha Baptist Church Diphupar culminated on July 24. Demand-driven Skill Development training was organised by the Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Zynorique Initiative Society for the youth of Pughoboto Sub Division at the Town Hall Pughoboto from July 25 to 31. The officials of the  Indian Red Cross Society Kohima District Branch visited the victims of the fire the broke out on thursday 21st July'2022 in a house at North Police Station campus Kohima and handed over relief  materials such as Blankets, Kitchen set , Hygiene kit and  cash.

Sericulture Department, Nagaland, and Capacity Building & Training Division, Central Silk Board, Bangalore jointly organized a four-day Resource Development Programme on Eri Silk Development Projects under Silk Samagra-2 at Sericulture Department Conference Hall, Kohima from July 19 to 22. Sericulture Officers along with staff from Zunheboto, Mon, Tuensang, and Longleng District and members of NGOs from Mokokchung district participated in the programme. The resource persons were from Central Silk Board, Assam Agricultural University, NABARD, Nagaland University, and Ava Creations Social Impact Foundation, Guwahati.
