Sovima Village Council (SVC) paid a courtesy call on Advisor, Municipal Affairs and Urban Development, Zhaleo Rio at his residence in Pesozou Khel, Sovima on April 11. An update received here stated that the SVC team discussed with the Advisor on the plans of naming of all roads, lanes and bylanes against the names of pioneers, elders and leaders of the village; keeping the National Highway and other roads inside the village clean towards which has decided to call on all educational institutions and various churches to conduct social work every month; installation of solar lamps along the stretches of the roads to make it safe for evening joggers as well as for aesthetics; and a request to all citizens who can afford to install CCTV cameras in their areas.
